The Conference Secretariat has secured rooms at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Darling Harbour and Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour, with favourable rates and flexible terms and conditions exclusively for attendees of the Conference. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions prior to making your selection.

Accommodation must be finalised by 9th June 2021, however no cancellations will be accepted after 4pm Friday 14th May 2021. Any cancellation received after 4pm Friday 14th May 2021 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty. Accommodation Terms and Conditions

A requirement of the hotels is that all bookings include credit card details. These credit card details will be forwarded to your selected hotel/apartment as a guarantee only. You will be responsible for paying the balance of your account directly to the hotel when checking out from the selected property.

Accommodation rates listed will be provided to delegates who book through the Conference Secretariat and will not be honoured if booking directly with the hotel.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat before 4pm Friday 14th May 2021.  Any cancellation received after 4pm Friday 14th May 2021 will incur up to 100% cancellation penalty, depending on the property. Delegates who confirm accommodation but do not advise of cancellation before the accommodation deadline of 4pm Friday 14th May 2021 will incur charges for the ‘no- show’ rate as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure the accommodation dates are correct on the confirmation email.
