The following registrations fees will be applicable for the 2021 Skills Conference.  This pricing is for both face to face or virtual attendance.

Virtual/Online Option

We are pleased to offer regional and interstate individuals who may not want to travel the option to view the conference virtually/online. To make the virtual choice you will need to nominate this at the registration stage. You will be provided with a link closer to the event. 2020 Skill Conference Credit Holders

If you are an individual who had elected to carry their registration credit from 2020 to 2021 you will be contacted by the conference secretariat to confirm your registration.

Covid-19 Policy

The safety of the attendees to the Skills Conference is of the highest importance. Whilst the world is making progress in the Covid-19 battle, we do understand we are living now in a changing world.  Attendees to the Skills Conference will need to ensure they adhere to any safety measures and restrictions that may be in place at the time.

In the event that the Apprentice Employment Network NSW & ACT is unable to hold the 2021 Skills Conference as a face to face event due to circumstances beyond its control, the Skills Conference will be held as a virtual event, and all registrations will be transferred to virtual registrations. If this occurs, specific instructions on how to log in and access the Virtual Conference will be sent out to delegates prior to the event. The Apprentice Employment Network NSW & ACT cannot be held responsible for the loss to delegates of any travel, hotel or other related costs as a result of the cancellation of the face to face version of the Skills Conference.

If a registered attendee is faced with a restriction that limits their ability to travel due to possible Covid-19 isolation or government policy, we will provide the registered attendee with virtual registration access as the alternative.

Acknowledgement

Registrations will be acknowledged via email along with a tax invoice/receipt. Please note that bookings will only be confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds of Conference Registration Fees paid, less a $75.00 administration fee, will be granted until 9th June 2021. Cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat before this date. Cancellations received after 9th June 2021 WILL NOT receive a refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged, however, this must also be advised to the Conference Secretariat in writing.

General Conditions of Registration

It is expressly agreed that the members of the Organising Committee and the Conference Secretariat for the 2021 Skills Conference, their legal representatives, directors and employees, and their agents, officers and services, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever suffered directly or indirectly by the person, possession or property of any Conference participant or other person during or in connection with the events on the program or any other activities of the 2021 Skills Conference, for any reason whatsoever no matter howsoever caused.

It is agreed that the Organising Committee and the Secretariat for the 2021 Skills Conference, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any or all of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes or any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the Organising Committee, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.

The 2021 Skills Conference is being held at Dockside Conference Centre, Darling Harbour. Dockside is ideally positioned within Cockle Bay Wharf, just a moment’s walk to the Sydney CBD.
