Todd Pavlou

Todd is the General Manager of group training for MEGT, an Australian not-for-profit business that began operations as a Group Training Organisation in 1982.

Todd’s background as a professional athlete taught him the benefits of discipline, commitment, teamwork and resilience, especially in the context of successful leadership. His consultancy work with large employers like Adecco, Rio Tinto and Telstra has also underlined the value of innovation when implementing effective and modern workforce collaboration strategies.

His 25 years of experience in the recruitment, training and labour hire industry has taught him the value of a ‘people first’ culture. His passion for driving cultural change, often in challenging circumstances, is centred on the values of connection, collaboration and wellness.
